Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Made-To-Order items, such as crochet items, may take a bit longer to dispatch, especially if there are a high volume of these orders. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

$9 flat rate for standard shipping in Australia or $12 for express shipping in Australia.

 

International Shipping

$24 flat rate for International Shipping.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

I accept returns on everything (excluding custom orders) up to 7 days after delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition, and I will refund the item amount minus the shipping cost. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
